The Liberty side burner and griddle gives you the freedom to prepare dishes not typically cooked outside such as pancakes, bacon or omelets. This unit features two 17,000 BTU side burners, a 12,000 BTU (15 in. X 11 in. ) griddle plate with Blanchard Ground non-stick surface, push and turn ignition and comes with two flat, stainless steel covers which cover the surface areas. The griddle plate offers a removable grease trough in the front of the unit to allow for grease to be captured.
